UC Santa Cruz changed them. Now they are giving back to the place that helped shape their character, influence their careers and inform their view of the world. I’m honored to have had the opportunity to share more than 20 stories about individuals whose gifts have transformed the Banana Slug experience, alumni who have honored their loved ones through endowed scholarships, and first-in-family graduates whose lives have been altered by a UCSC education.

I have written and produced donor-centric communications for multiple universities and nonprofits that include impact reports, feature stories, grants and campaign collateral. I’ve also developed and executed strategies for alumni and parent engagement, donor relations, fundraising and events.
